"You this girl, Michael called me and said you have broken up with him, what happened? How many men will you break up with? I hope all is well with you o because I don't understand you any longer" Stephanie's mum lamented on the phone.
Stephanie was single but emotionally unavailable, her heart belonged to another, she was in love with Femi who promised to leave his wife for her. If not that she caught him cheating on her when she was in the university and broke up with him after which she went to the UK for masters, she would have been the one married to him not that his ugly wife.
Femi had hurt her many times in the past but he always apologized and even after he got married, Femi never stopped Stephanie that he loved her, she would wait for him.
There are so many beautiful and good women in the world today in Stephanie's shoes; waiting for a married man to leave his wife so that they can marry him. Newsflash! It may never happen! And even if it happens you will have to deal with insecurity all your life, what if he's promising another girl the same thing?
Sweetheart, God will not give you another woman's husband, stop praying about it, God has a man waiting for you and he will find you! He will not be another woman's husband, he will be God's gift to you!
That man promising to leave his wife for you is working for the devil to waste your time and your life! You will wake up one day and you will be 40 with no husband and no children and the man will still be married.
The bible also says that we should not desire what belongs to another; covetousness is a sin. Exodus 20:17 (NLT) says; You must not covet your neighbor's house. You must not covet your neighbor's wife (or husband), male or female servant, ox or donkey, or anything else that belongs to your neighbor.
You may think that man is the best you can find. Let go and let God and He will amaze you.
