Pray In The Spirit

"Ritacabalabakeseketika rosontalankashike, Father let them change their mind, the heart of the king is in your hands" It was 3am in the morning and Akin was praying in tongues, he had been transferred to a location he didn't want to go and he was praying for God to intervene and change the mind of his boss.
His boss didn't change his mind and Akin ended up being transferred, he didn't understand it and it didn't make any sense but the more he prayed in tongues, the more peace he felt.
Akin was on his way back from work one day when he met an elderly man in front of a supermarket carrying a heavy bag, the man was trying to drop the bag in his car and he was trying to call his driver but the driver was too far away so Akin decided to help. After he dropped the bags, the man asked him to come and see him at his house at the weekend.
Akin had no idea who the man was but he went to see him. It was when Akin got to the man's house that he discovered that the man was a father to one of the key ministers, he simply called his son and said to him "I want you to work very closely with this young man, he is a good boy"
Right there and then, Akin became the Special Assistant to the Minister. He was the youngest of all the key officials, everyone knew for sure that only God could have elevated Akin in such a short time.
The bible says in Romans 8:26 (NLT)
And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. For example, we don't know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words.

Many times we face situations that look uncomfortable and we want to change it in the place of prayer. The moment we begin speaking in tongues, we start praying the mind of God for that particular matter.
In your heart you could be praying for God to change a matter but when you speak in tongues the Holy Spirit could be thanking God for bringing that situation your way because it would lead to your promotion and glorify the name of God. You are praying concerning what you see around you when you pray in the understanding but you are praying the will of God when you pray in the Spirit.
If you don't pray in tongues please see your pastor and ask him to pray for you, it is a gift that's freely given by God. Everyone who desires to see God move in an unusual way in their lives should pray in the Spirit at least one hour every day. It's okay to start with 30 minutes but desire to pray at least an hour everyday. It is the secret of champions, your life will move with speed.

My 20 year dream is to see the Gospel preached to a billion people through the social media. You too can be a social media evangelist, kindly share and repost this Gospel of Jesus Christ so that others can be blessed just like you have been blessed. Thank you for reading. Shalom
