Dolu was virtually unknown in her office, she was just a shy civil
servant but she had a gift; she could sing the heavens down on earth, whenever
she sang people had goose bumps all over their body and whenever she sang in
church, the glory of the Lord came down.
Dolu did not really like her job but music was not paying
yet. Her opportunity came when Nigeria idol began auditions, it was not long
before her gift was recognised. As I speak to you, she is one of the top 3
contestants in the ongoing Nigerian idols music
contest.
What is it that you do well? Can you talk, dance, sing, dress up,
write, manage money, are you creative, can you sell? Don't joke with it, that
is your passport to greatness.
The bible says in Proverbs 18:16 A man's gift maketh room
for him, and bringeth him before great men. Your gift is what will announce
you, work on it and develop it everyday of your life. Keep practising because
the day of your announcement will come.
